Ordering
Browse our collections, choose your product and add it to the cart. Product dimensions, quantities and materials are listed on each product page. Because pearls are natural materials, slight variations in color, shape and surface are expected.
Shipping
Shipping availability, options and costs are shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if your destination is not available. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns and order problems
Please inspect your order after delivery. For returns, damage or an incorrect item, review our Refund Policy and contact us before sending anything back.
Pearl care
- Avoid perfume, hairspray and household chemicals.
- Wipe pearls gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
- Store separately to prevent scratching.
- Remove before swimming, bathing or exercising.
