How wholesale ordering works
- Share your requirements. Send product links or codes, specifications, quantities and the delivery country or region.
- Confirm the details. We review product availability, packing units, minimum order requirements and any sample request with you.
- Review your quote. Confirm product specifications, quantities, prices and currency, sample charges if applicable, shipping costs, timing and payment arrangements before ordering.
- Confirm your order. Proceed only after the details and payment arrangements have been agreed. An enquiry alone does not create an order or a trade account.
What to include in your enquiry
- Business or trading name, contact name and email
- Delivery country or region
- Product links or codes, plus required size, colour, hole size and material where applicable
- Quantity for each product, clearly marked as pieces, pairs or strands
- Whether you need samples before a larger order
- Your desired arrival date, if you have one
- Website or store link and expected order frequency, if available
Minimum quantities and volume pricing
Please request the minimum order quantity and trade price for your specific selection. Requirements are confirmed with your quote. For volume pricing, include the quantities you would like us to quote; do not assume that a website price includes a bulk discount.
Samples and repeat orders
If you need samples, tell us which products and how many. Sample availability, price and shipping costs must be confirmed before ordering. For repeat orders, include your previous order number and the required products; we will reconfirm availability and specifications.
Shipping and timing
Shipping availability, cost and timing depend on the products and destination. Include your delivery country and desired arrival date when requesting a quote. A requested date is not a guaranteed delivery date. Contact us if your destination is unavailable at checkout.
